Usage:
The Silky Leave in Conditioner can be used as a leave in conditioner or a lighter conditioner for fine hair depending on application.
Leave in Conditioner
Section the hair and apply 3-4 pumps of conditioner to each section.
Run the conditioner with your hands from top to bottom ensuring that the conditioner has coated every strand.
Forms an ideal base for all hair styling, whether styling loose curls or protective styling.
Rinse out Conditioner
Apply 3-4 pumps of the conditioner across the scalp and hair running the conditioner through the strands to aid sectioning the hair.
Next apply 2-3 pumps to each section and gently detangle the hair using fingers or a wide tooth comb.
Detangle from ends to scalp to minimize breakage and hair fall out.
Once fully conditioned and free of tangles, rinse out.
CAUTION: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If irritation or rash appears discontinue use. Test on small area of skin before full application. Store in a cool, dry place.

In-Store Sales & 30-Day Notice Clause
All in-store products shall be processed and recorded through the Shopify POS system to ensure accurate inventory and sales tracking. The Retailer is responsible for maintaining correct pricing, stock levels, and product details within the system.
Either party may terminate this arrangement by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party. All outstanding obligations and payments incurred prior to termination shall remain payable.
Our in-store returns policy allows a full refund or exchange within 30 days provided that goods are returned in their original condition, with unopened packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
Goods without a receipt cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged – hair accessories, gift cards or vouchers, and items that have been opened and/or removed from their original packaging.
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once handled or worn. Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items, which must be photographed and emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked delivery.
