How to use:
- After styling, place on wet hair.
- Press, don’t rub.
- Wrap, don’t twist.
- Let the towel do the work.
- Remove once lightly damp, and let your curls take shape naturally.
After Care:
Wash before first use to refresh the fibres.
Machine wash at 30°C using a gentle detergent.
Air dry only. Avoid fabric softener.
Quick to dry. Ready to use again.
Our in-store returns policy allows a full refund or exchange within 30 days provided that goods are returned in their original condition, with unopened packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
Goods without a receipt cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged – hair accessories, gift cards or vouchers, and items that have been opened and/or removed from their original packaging.
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once handled or worn. Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items, which must be photographed and emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
