Smooth hair starting at the ends and move up to the root to smooth strands. Heat resistant material makes it easy to follow after flat iron or blow dryer to smooth strands. Tip: Use with Cantu’s Thermal Heat Protectant.
Our in-store returns policy allows a full refund or exchange within 30 days provided that goods are returned in their original condition, with unopened packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
Goods without a receipt cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged – hair accessories, gift cards or vouchers, and items that have been opened and/or removed from their original packaging.
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once handled or worn. Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items, which must be photographed and emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
